Hi, I’m Lili Marlene Schliesser, a mental health therapist, spiritual coach, ordained interfaith minister, ritual priestess, and founder of Sacred Key Coaching.

My path began in the fields of communications and public health, where I worked across school systems, coalitions, and nonprofits to design programs that inspired healing, education, and prevention. But over time, I realized that real transformation doesn’t just happen within systems; it happens within the nervous system, the energy body, and the soul.

That realization led me deeper. I became a mental health therapist supporting children, teens, and adults through anxiety, trauma, addiction, and emotional disconnection. I’ve sat with pain in its rawest form and learned to meet it not with judgment, but with curiosity, compassion, and presence. My work is grounded in clinical training, somatic integration, attachment repair, and trauma-informed care, yet guided equally by intuition, ritual, and a reverence for the unseen.

As an ordained interfaith minister and student of The Birch Tree Ministry, I also serve as a ritualist and ceremonial guide. I create and facilitate custom rituals that honor life’s thresholds from weddings and adoptions to grief, healing, and personal transformation. Ritual, to me, is the language of the soul. It reminds us that healing is not only psychological, but spiritual and communal.

I don’t just teach healing, I’ve lived it. My own journey has been marked by deep pain, betrayal, spiritual awakening, and the lifelong work of remembering who I truly am. I’ve alchemized trauma into insight, grief into purpose, and shame into strength. These lived experiences allow me to hold space for others with both tenderness and truth.

Through Sacred Key Coaching, I help awakening souls break free from old patterns, access their inner knowing, and embody the version of themselves they came here to be. I blend the science of healing with the mystery of consciousness, creating experiences that transform not just the mind, but the body, the field, and the soul.
