About Lili Marlene

Hi, I’m Lili Marlene—mental health therapist, spiritual coach, witch, and founder of Sacred Key Coaching.

My path began in the fields of communications and public health, where I worked across school systems, coalitions, and nonprofits to design programs that inspired healing, education, and prevention. But over time, I realized that true transformation doesn’t just happen at the systems level—it happens within the nervous system, the energy body, and the soul.

That realization led me deeper.

I became a licensed mental health therapist, supporting kids, teens, and adults through anxiety, trauma, addiction, and emotional disconnection. I’ve sat with pain in its rawest form. And I’ve learned how to meet it—not with judgment, but with curiosity, compassion, and presence. My work is grounded in clinical training, somatic integration, attachment healing, and trauma-informed care. But it’s also guided by intuition, ritual, and a reverence for the unseen.

I don’t just teach healing—I’ve lived it.
My own journey has been shaped by deep pain, betrayal, spiritual awakening, and the lifelong work of remembering who I truly am. I’ve alchemized trauma into insight, grief into purpose, and shame into strength. These lived experiences fuel my work and allow me to hold space for others with both tenderness and truth.

Through Sacred Key Coaching, I help awakening souls break free from old patterns, access their inner knowing, and embody the version of themselves they came here to be. I blend the science of healing with the mystery of consciousness—so that change doesn’t just happen in the mind, but in the body, the field, and the soul.
